Venice: Until you have had the pleasure of a gondola ride on the Venice canal, you haven't seen anything. Yes they're pricey and touristy, but it's the most romantic way to see the sights in Venice. Here's a helpful hint for the most enjoyable ride - pick the gondola with a musician on it. Only a few gondolas will have a singer or guitar player on board, and you'll have the pleasure of some very fine music while you take in all the glorious sights of Venice. While you're in Venice, take a boat ride to the small island of Burano - it's a colorful slight settlement with the most awesome seafood you'll ever taste in your life.

Prague: Prague has got to be the most beautiful city in the world. The Charles Bridge is the main place to be, to see the best of Prague. The Charles Bridge is Prague's most popular icon. Thirty six Baroque saints line the bridge's graceful crossing. If you can pull yourself away from the bridge for a slight while, there are hundreds of quaint slight shops lining the cobblestoned streets and alleys, with shops for buying anyone from Marinette puppets to pastry to jewel studded bottles.

New York: New York is at the top of the must see places around the world. Where else in the world can you take in a Broadway Show, walk through Central Park, visit Times Square, take a roam over the Brooklyn Bridge and take a ferry to the sculpture of freedom all in one week? For the shopping and food alone, this city is worth checking out. Be sure to take in a comedy show while you're there, and take the preeminent climb to the top of the Empire State Building.

California's Highway 1: A trip to California could not be complete without taking a drive on the preeminent Highway 1 that follows the California coast all the way up to the top state line. There are wonderful views at every turn, from a field of cattle, to a forest, to fields of grapevines, to quaint slight towns, it's at the top of the must see places around the world. Make sure you visit wine country, and take a ride through Muir Woods, where you'll see the biggest redwoods in the U.S.

Sedona: Sedona Arizona has got to be the most beautiful place in the whole U.S. Combined. There are mountains, red rock formations, a wonderful shopping district, and restaurants that serve unique offerings such as cactus and buffalo. Don't make any immediate plans on moving there though, the land is quite pricey, as much as one million dollars an acre. So basically you can look, but don't touch.

Well there you have it. I hope you enjoyed your tour of the 5 best must see places around the world!

Do you know about - A Quick Guide To New York City

Restaurant Week In Nyc! Again, for I know. Ready to share new things that are useful. You and your friends.

Having lived in the big apple for five years and spending four further years as a quarterly visitor while attending university in the greater state, I can personally attest to the sheer excitement and splendor that report New York City. Of course, my tastes changed over the years that spanned my joyful innocent kindergarten mind to my more self known and reckless post-college ego.

What I said. It isn't outcome that the actual about Restaurant Week In Nyc. You check out this article for information on a person wish to know is Restaurant Week In Nyc.

How is A Quick Guide To New York City

We had a good read. For the benefit of yourself. Be sure to read to the end. I want you to get good knowledge from Restaurant Week In Nyc.

Despite leaving the city six years ago on a bad note and vowing never to inhabit its over-priced, cock-roach infested apartments again, each time I visit I become more enamored with its charms. I can honestly say desolé to Paris because there is no city that even comes close to it in terms of sites to see, things happening and just the sheer number of possibilities and the openness and friendliness of its residents that make for the best of all worlds. Here is my very brief and normal list of New York must-dos (for more specifics you will have to experience me), each one of these could take an entire day - so plan accordingly - or else a New York diminutive could find you down:

1. Visit the museum. But which one? First, The Metropolitan Museum of contemporary Art, then the American Museum of Natural History nearby and ultimately the Moma - Museum of contemporary Art - if there's time. As a child I used to thrill at getting lost in the seemingly endless arrays of curious rooms among its many floors with my mother trying to keep up while describing the Romanesque and Greek paintings, the medieval costumed horses and life-like statues and Egyptian basement temple. Each room of the Met is filled with more charm than any nightclub on its best night and the admission fee also gets you into the fantastic cloisters in Fort Tryon Park.

2. Roam straight through the park. Of procedure there is an endless contribute of leafy green options for every taste. If you are on a family excursion or want someplace comfortably placed to other attractions, check out the famed central park and throw a Frisbee in its Great Lawn or visit its Children's Zoo or shoot down to Bowling Green Park in Manhattan's southern tip for a picnic and a view or a boat trip to the sculpture of liberty or Ellis Island. For couples in quest of romance or catching the city at its most photogenic, head to Brooklyn Heights promenade where all the couples Roam and admire the view. Also, northern Manhattan's Fort Tryon Park is a great place for a quiet walk tucked away in nature and lovely views on the Hudson River.

3. Go to a club or beat it to a live music venue. There are so many it may seem daunting to choose. It honestly depends and no matter what day of week there is all the time more than enough going on. It honestly depends on your personal style. For more glitzy dress-up clubs head to central Manhattan and Chelsea or SoHo. For the more alternative scene of cheap happy hour specials and underground bands head down to the east settlement and adjacent alphabet city or over the bridge to Brooklyn's Park Slope area or Williamsburg's hipster haven.

4. Shop 'til you Drop. Of course, no city can call itself one without the biggest name and no-names in fashion being offered up in their mouth-watering excess on any given street angle to the helpless passerby. For upper-class ritzy fashion go to the upper East-side of Manhattan, for Laid back and vintage go to Brooklyn or lower Manhattan's Greenwich settlement thrift shops.

5. Pay your Respects. No visit to New York City is faultless without visiting its most legacies. The site of the World Trade center that features remembrances to so many is a must. placed in the Wall street district, it is all the time filled with population in varied emotional states and is a inheritance of American perseverance and faith.

6. Visit the current largest building. The Empire State building is still a thrill to take the elevator up its 102 floors to the observatory where you can spend as long as you like at the top of the world.

7. Eat What The Locals Eat. Food, of course, has to be on every voyage itinerary or else it's incomplete. If you're a meat-eater you will be pleasantly surprised to find that the city boasts the best barbeques north of Tennessee. Don't let anything stop you from visiting Harlem to it's Clinton (as in Bill) hang-out of Dinosaur Barbeque along with other soul food or the chain Dallas Bar-b-que placed straight through out the city is also a good bet. For vegetarians there are countless chilled out backyard patio cafeteria cafes offering up succulent salutary meals in Park Slope, lower Manhattan and straight through out. Of course, who can resist the temptation to head down to diminutive Italy or ever-growing world-famous china town for the best these two side-by side cultures have to offer. For cheap and fast food, don't miss sampling a Philli Cheese steak and sweet potato fries.

8. Take me out to the ball game. A baseball game, especially if you are from over-seas and unfamiliar with it is one of the most American past-times and New York features the talents of two great teams with a salutary rivalry: The Mets and the Yankees. Watch the underdog Mets in their new home field at Citi Field in Queens or head to the Bronx for a Yankees game. Either way, bleacher start at just five bucks for Yankees Stadium and we all know that's the best place to be.

Three Keys to thriving College student Diets

--Restaurant Week Ny of Three Keys to thriving College student Diets--

additional resources Three Keys to thriving College student Diets

Going to college can mean a very unhealthy lifestyle. College student diets consist of many unhealthy foods such as junk food, energy drinks filled with nothing but sugar, overly processed foods made to last for twenty years, and foods packed in grease and oil. Still, however, college students eat this food because of many reasons from a lack of time, not having parents to cook for them, and the need for a quick boost of energy to get their work done.

Three Keys to thriving College student Diets

Not only is the college students diet awful but their lifestyle can be highly unhealthy as well. Drinking lots of alcohol filled with empty calories, smoking with friends, and staying up all night to study for tests every single week.

Here are three keys to a flourishing college student diet. If you ensue these you will be much healthier than many of your peers.

Success Tip 1 - Limit the whole of sugar you eat

Sugar is filled with very easy carbohydrates which will give you a quick burst of energy. After that energy burst ,however, your energy levels will fall and this they will do very drastically. It raises blood sugar levels and then causes them to crash. Although sugar is a major favorite of college students wanting that boost of energy, it will always make you feel worse.

Success Tip 2 - Eat More Veggies

Remember how your parents always told you to eat your vegetables? If you don't then you're probably eating highly unhealthy! Going to college can make it very difficult to go out and buy fruits and veggies at the grocery store. They are also very high-priced and can put a major hole in your wallet.

If you have a restaurant at your college and have meal plans or something similar be sure to get at least one serving of fruits a day.

Success Tip 3 - Order healthy When Going Out

In college, you are able to go out with friends whenever you wish. For most people, going out places means going to eat somewhere. When you go on a date most likely you are going to go to a place that has food. It is what our community is built around. The midpoint someone eats half of their food every year from dining places and restaurants.

When you go to these outings to eat be sure to order what is the healthiest. You don't always have to order salads. You can order chicken wraps if they have them. Avoid the highly greasy foods and especially fries.

During college, it is not that hard to eat healthy. It will take some convert in your diet but after a few weeks you'll be used to it and can be feeling much best than if you were basing your energy levels on the most recent energy drinks. ensue these three easy success tips and avoid some weight as well!

Sometimes the best trips we take are the ones we plan at the last minute, the ones we easily rule to go on two days before said trip. It might be because the house or roommates are driving you nuts, or you had some leftover vacation days you didn't know about, or you just need to get out of the house. Whatever the reason, a last dinky trip can be just what you need to unwind. Either you go it alone or with friends, you still need to plan and you need to do it quickly.

Often you can snag some pretty cheap plane tickets if you order just weeks or days before. However, airline tickets are still astronomically high thanks to a tanking economy and rising gas prices. If your trip is overseas or 3,000 miles away, you have no choice. However, for a last dinky trip, it might be best not to stray too far from home -maybe just a few states over. A hire bus is a great alternative and can be much more comfortable than a train. hire buses will get you there in a relatively short number of time and they also supply you ample opportunities to make a few pit stops along the way, to enjoy even more areas than you originally expected. A train ride is right through and you cannot afford to miss connections.

In expanding to great transportation deals, great hotel deals are also all the time available. Websites like Expedia, Priceline, and Travelocity already offer great discounts, but the closer you book to the day of the trip, the best the discounts. A hotel would rather slash the price than leave a perfectly good room vacant. You might be able to stay in some extremely luxurious hotels for half the price. It surely beats staying in the Bates Motel.

Unlike a trip you've been planning for months, you will play each day by ear. You have not had time to explore all the best restaurants or must-see attractions. It can be fun getting a dinky lost in a new city. You never know what great find you'll stumble upon. Just make sure that you do not wander into any perilous areas. Do take the time to explore that, if nothing else. The main thing to remember is to just have fun and to relax. Enjoy some tasty cuisine, check out the local shops, or just relax poolside all day.

A last dinky trip does not have to be filled to the brim with adventures; it just needs to not be anywhere close to home! Let a hire bus take you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

So, if you like your bars cool, your martinis dry, and your restaurants scrumptious, make sure you've got your wallet, your appetite and your vigor for your night on the town Hollywood style.

Here's our insiders guide to some of the best restaurants and nightlife options. Know this: fights broke out in the middle of our editorial staff when somebody foolishly recommend we limit our journeyPod Picks in L.A. To only 10 Restaurants and 10 Bars. We had so much fun tearing it up in Tinseltown that we had to go with 15 selections in each category. Of course, another fight ensued when we tried to assign numbers to all of these hotspots -- so cooler heads prevailed and we have since removed the rankings.

Be assured of one thing... All 30 of these places are ridiculously fantabulous and want your own A-game. Maybe even after a night on the town, you too will understand why even people in the biz think "Entourage" seems so real...

Bars & Nightlife

1. The Derby: (Los Feliz) "Swingers" wannabes hoping to catch a discern of Vince Vaughn or Jon Favreau join swing fans in this hotter-than-ever dance hall. With 1940's decor, live music (seven nights a week) and dance lessons, your whole posse will have a blast! Fyi: The Derby was named a historical/cultural landmark by the Los Angeles City Council in May '06. Located at 4500 Los Feliz Blvd. (and Hillhurst Ave.).

2. Lax: (Hollywood) We've all been introduced to Dj Am by Nicole Ritchie - but he now needs no introduction! Known as one of the most sought out Dj's, Dj Am (a.k.a Adam Golstein) opened this first-class airport-themed lounge for all the L.A. Jet-setters. Located in the heart of Hollywood, this destination hotspot boasts mirrors in the shape of airplane windows and metal hangar doors. The dance floor often gets cramped (similar to dancing in an airplane cabin), but it's tons of fun in a "Mile High Club" kinda way! Lax is Located at 1714 Las Palmas Ave. (and Hollywood Blvd.).

3. Forty Deuce: (Melrose) The small parking lot across from notable Pictures houses this contemporary practice that's been transformed into a retro-cool lounge reminiscent of a 1920's speakeasy. The parlor-style seating, burlesque shows (strutting to the rhythm of a live jazz band) and fine cocktails keep the Hollywood crowd happy and partying until end time. Located at 5574 Melrose Ave. (at Beachwood Dr.).

4. Barney's Beanery: (West Hollywood) In L.A., most people think that nothing can get good with age. But the city's third-oldest bistro (located at 8447 Santa Monica Blvd. Near La Cienaga Blvd.) manages to prove everyone in Hollywood wrong. Since opportunity its door nearly 90 years ago, it has attracted celebrities to quarterly Joe-shmoes who crave good ol' relieve food (your choice of 150 different burgers, 65 chilis and 90 omelettes). While many may refer to this as just a "dive", the good food and cheap drinks keep this Beanery jumping nightly. (Just make sure you bring your I.D. - even Johnny Drama got carded here recently!).

5. Stone Rose Lounge: (West Hollywood) This recently opened La version of the Nyc nightspot houses itself in the redone Sofitel Hotel (at 8555 Beverly Blvd., near La Cienaga Blvd.). A destination for young starlets (and the guys who want them) boasts a 5,000 quadrate foot lounge and outdoor patio. While it's not your usual L.A. Nightlife scene, this laid-back atmosphere with refined martinis and the exterior fire pit cabanas are well worth visiting.

6. public Hollywood: (Hollywood) What's old is new again! This place used to be the weighty Hollywood Athletic Club and now boasts a lounge, restaurants, games rooms with PlayStations and Xboxes, a screening room and a private club. The Moroccan-inspired venue features food that has been strong right off the bat and a public scene which has won over the cool kids. Located at 6526 Sunset Blvd. (at Schrader Blvd.).

7. Sky Bar: Tagged as one of L.A.'s hottest nightclub spots since the day it opened, Sky Bar is open, airy and makes you feel like you're floating up in the clouds atop the Mondrian hotel (located at 8440 Sunset Blvd.). Boasting some of the most beautiful views in all of L.A. (along with its trees, pool and candlelight) and the cities most fashionable set - please don't let the long lines and bouncers deter you. If and when you do get past the red tape, please don't stare at that hunk that normally appears on the pages of Us Weekly and People!

8. Formosa Cafe: (West Hollywood) An area first-rate (served as the location for the movie L.A. Confidential), this Chinese-themed dimly-lit hotspot features red leather booths and a bar that serves intoxicatingly distinguished martinis. Known as one of the movie industry's watering-holes, Formosa features autographed shots of Hollywood stars lining the walls (and you may even be lucky enough to spot Bono or Beck in one of the booths). good for drinks than dinner (and make sure you dress the part to avoid hassles at the door). Formosa Cafe is Located at 7156 Santa Monica Blvd. (between La Brea and Formosa Ave.).

9. Privilege: (West Hollywood) Madonna isn't the only one who knows how to reinvent herself. Nightlife guru Sam Nazarian knows all too well about reinvention. Before its new look and name, this club was known as a gothic playground called Shelter, a Nordic lounge, a St. Tropez-style resort and a mock building site. Now Privilege is a sensuously white-on-white oasis that has the feel of a South Beach resort (sans the humidity and sand in in the middle of your toes). Saturdays are tough since Brent Bolthouse (godfather of celebrity events) hosts parties here - so if you can, opt for a weekday visit. Unless of course, you can get your name on the guest list or finagle past the ear-plugged security guards. Privelege is at 8117 W. Sunset Blvd. (and Crescent Heights Blvd.).

10. Guy's Bar: (West Hollywood) Ever wonder where the stars go for karaoke? You'll find the likes of Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Ritchie at this intimate and exclusive WeHo club. Guy's is a straightforward mishmash of cushy couches that's mostly reserved for private industry-related events. However, try this place on a Saturday (promoter-run) night when the door course is a bit more relaxed (and yes, do show some leg!). Guy's Bar is Located at 8713 Beverly Blvd.

11. Tropicana Bar: (Hollywood) Old Hollywood meets New Hollywood at this bar in L.A.'s Roosevelt Hotel - where you'll find stars lounging in style at an outdoor patio that boasts a 60's vibe with cozy plush seating and a glowing pool. A typical hipster joint, the bar is also a tropical oasis with neon-illuminated palm trees, private bungalows, a fireplace and linen-covered chaise lounges. If you're in no mood to rub elbows with the nighttime fashionista/glamourista crowd, Tropicana Bar is ideal for sunny Ca afternoons. Just don't forget to notice the David Hockney blue-wave mural at the lowest of the pool at 7000 Hollywood Blvd.

12. The Bar: (Hollywood) Not just a bar, The Bar! Nestled in the middle of a gas station and a seedy hotel (5851 Sunset Blvd. And Bronson Ave.), this place is easy to miss. But those who find their way to one of Hollywood's hottest revamped watering holes will see newly renovated digs and eye-catching patrons. Some days you'll hear a rock n' roll jukebox blast the sounds of the Ramones, other days you'll find local Dj's spinning old and new pop. For those who feel like a cig, some air or just a break from the sounds, cram your way exterior to the bamboo-lined smoking alley.

13. Mood: (Hollywood) This 6,500 quadrate foot previous office building at 6623 Hollywood Blvd. Has been transformed into a tropical garden of Eden - think South Pacific! The club's Balinese compose boasts sensuous colors/textures and in-the-flesh trumpeters and bongo drummers that accompany the hip-hop and rap sounds that you'll hear. Stocked with exotic treasures made from bamboo, batik and carved wood, Mood draws sexy young Hollywood socialites and other glitz and glam from Tinseltown.

14. The Lounge: (West Hollywood) Okay, so here's the lowdown...This sexy Miami Beach-style club draws a great crowd with its borderline location (WeHo and Beverly Hills) and open-door policy. The Lounge boasts a main room with bar and dance floor, and a spiral staircase that leads up to a swanky lounge area filled with comfy booths and table service. Dj's here spin a dance-party mix of hip-hop, R&B and house music favorites. The Lounge is Located at 9077 Santa Monica Blvd. (and Doheny Dr.).

15. Key Club: (West Hollywood) A state-of-the-art live music venue (located at 9039 Sunset Blvd. And Doheny Dr.) with futuristic audio, video and lighting technologies, Key Club is one of WeHo's most favorite spots. The Vip area downstairs, called the Plush Lounge, is typically crammed with the Hollywood "It" crowd. A full bistro and menu is also ready on the second floor (reserving a table there is the private to actually getting in on busy nights). Key Club features a few bars and fullness of ways to get your drink on - a exquisite place to whether start or end your night out on the Sunset Strip.

Restaurant Week In Nyc! Again, for I know. Ready to share new things that are useful. You and your friends.

How long has it been since you've visited Las Vegas? If it's been more than a blink of your eye, you won't recognize it the next time you're there!

What I said. It is not outcome that the real about Restaurant Week In Nyc. You read this article for info on anyone wish to know is Restaurant Week In Nyc.

How is Las Vegas tour Secrets Exposed!

We had a good read. For the benefit of yourself. Be sure to read to the end. I want you to get good knowledge from Restaurant Week In Nyc.

I've learned to never expect the same Lv that I remember. It's a constantly evolving city that never sleeps! I know New York claims that distinction... But c'mon, you won't see such drastic changes in Nyc that you do in Lv.

In Las Vegas, it's Hotels down, followed by Hotels up. Six hotels have been imploded there in the last 10 years. And the newer hotels can hardly be classified as hotels... That term is to be reserved for other cities. So don't expect the great "hotel bargains" and "free stuff" of the past. They disappeared with the $.99 dinners.

Lv developers today, don't build "hotels" anymore. They install mini-cities, mega-resorts, and the extreme destinations! The new developments include: World-Class Chefs, Uber Spas, and amenities unheard of, or offered only to the super-rich not so long ago. Now, instead of the tacky diners and buffets, you are presented with the finest restaurants in the World, and the highest levels of entertainment. It's a different Las Vegas!

However, there are some bargains to be found if you know where to look. discover the older places. There, you'll still find good deals on food. You can still get a steak dinner at Ellis Island on Koval Lane.

One key to finding bargains is not where, but when! Don't go at peak times. Visit in Mid-Summer for instance. You'll need to take benefit of the Ac everywhere, but the prices are lower then. Also, a good time to visit Lv is during Christmas. It's undoubtedly an off-peak period. Don't confuse that however with the following week; "New Years" the prices will be right back up during that period. Also, stay away during the larger conventions when Lv is packed with participants. during the buyer Electronics Show in early January each year... The city is standing room only. If you don't have to be there that week - Don't! You should try to avoid weekends in Lv too if you're finding for a bargain. Mid-Week rates are also lower.

Always plan in develop of your trip to Lv. Do your research, or you'll be overwhelmed and disappointed. All the best shows will be sold out; the restaurants will be accepting no more reservations. You must make your reservations and show label purchases ( - 0+) at least 7 - 10 days before your trip. To help you, most reservation desks are open 24 hours every day!

If you plan well, you'll be treated to gourmet meals prepared by celebrity chefs. The ubiquitous buffet is gone, (although, you'll never find a better one than at the Aladdin). The 99¢ dinners are gone. But, as always, there is no time limit to enjoy the tasty treats of Lv... If it's 3am, you'll find great restaurants are still serving! Let me mention two still-great bargains. Not only because of the low price, but because the steak dinners are very good at the steakhouses at the Imperial Palace, and at Circus, Circus. Try them, you'll be pleasantly surprised at the existence of remnants of the past meal deals of Lv!

Did I say there's no more freebies? Not so, you can still be treated to great entertainment for free. How to Make My Wife Happy and Be a Good victualer in Tough Times

--Restaurant Week Ny of How to Make My Wife Happy and Be a Good victualer in Tough Times--

redirected here How to Make My Wife Happy and Be a Good victualer in Tough Times

The ask I have had recently has been "How can I make my wife happy and deal with these hard economic times? There is just too much stress in our association and I have responsibilities that I am having a hard time living up to. What can I do?"

How to Make My Wife Happy and Be a Good victualer in Tough Times

The stock shop plummets, jobs are disappearing, money is tight and yet you, as a husband, are still incredible to be a good husband and provider. You are still incredible to keep your wife and children happy. Life gets stressful and you wonder how you can live up to the expectations of being a good husband and keep your wife happy.

Fear not! There are many ways. You are a good husband and with a exiguous creativity you can recreate a loving lifestyle that does not need money. After all it is all about the association and development your women and children happy.

When Glen was first laid off in December, his condition was a mess from worrying and not sleeping. Financial worries were with him on a 24/7 basis. He and his wife Katie were on the verge of a divorce. They were fighting about all things even though Glen told me "we don't want to fight." The kids were feeling the effects of Glen's concerns and the daily arguments and were acting out in school. Glen said "I remember mental we can't even afford a divorce!"

But a divorce isn't the answer. Couples who love each just need to stop and re-evaluate what is leading to them and then map out a new path and a new way of acting. As one husband told me recently "It is a new adventure". Keeping yourself and your wife and house happy in these tough economic times can be a challenge and a rewarding attempt in the end. It can also be a radical turn to their current lifestyle.

Glen likes to tell the story of what has happened in his life since his layoff in December.

"I won't lie and tell you that things haven't been hard but my wife and I have also come to be closer and found more time to love each other."

Glen went on to tell me how he has decided to take on the job of chief cook and bottle washer in his house through this time of unemployment. Katie is working in retail and her hours have never been easy on the house routines.  Now with Glen home he has been able to add a stable element to the home and make a difference. Glen now finds ways to make his wife happy without spending extra money they no longer have.

"It is a bit of a role reversal and we are struggling to make ends meet but I'm liking  this new challenge. I find myself whistling when I'm washing up the pots and pans!" I'm keeping myself happy as well as my wife!

"By price checking and advent up with cost effective recipes I'm able to feed the house for a division of what we used to pay. We eat lots of hamburger and dissimilar kinds of soups. We never eat hamburger the same way. I've made hamburger soup, bunless hamburgers, grilled hamburgers on the bbq, meatloaf, spaghetti with meat sauce, Mexican casserole, taco salad. We always start with a salad I like to make it fun for the kids so I add things like apples and raisins. I've found spicy and interesting ways to cook up a pot roast and the house doesn't even miss the prime rib!  I've even started development desserts.   Tomorrow I'm development Trifle. Now that should make my wife happy!" Glen has intuit to be proud of himself. His main worry is the financial situation and how to furnish for his family. While he is unemployed (oh, yes, he is finding for work) he is finding ways to make his current money go farther. Good work Glen!

Another couple, Darla and Phil used to go out every Saturday morning for brunch at a cafeteria in their neighborhood. They took the kids along too. It cost the house over each week. Now for less than they have started to have "special Saturday breakfasts" at home in the dining room. Everyone participates and it has been a bit of a struggle when the kids are on clean up duty. But the new recipes they are trying and the creativity and the money savings are well worth it agree both Darla and Phil. Phil smiles and winks and says "I know how to make my wife happy and not spend money we don't have anymore."

Here are some other ways that you can save money and still make your wife and house happy:

-  Learn how to make lattes at home using a whipper to foam the milk and a thermos cup to take it with you on the go.

-  Buy bulk nuts and dried fruit and make your own snacks for eating at the game or other events that you would ordinarily buy from a vendor.

-  Instead of going out to a movie or other event that costs you money, have friends over for the evening and play games that make you laugh.

-  Shop at Thrift stores and other discount stores and correlate prices. Shop sales. Don't buy name brand items.

Providing for your house is a concern for most husbands. I hope this has been helpful to you to think about ways that you can keep your wife happy and deal with harder economic times.

Do you know about - Hello from New York City - Exploring Mid-Town Manhattan

Restaurant Week Nyc! Again, for I know. Ready to share new things that are useful. You and your friends.

Since our plane landed nice and early we had virtually a whole day left to gawk yesterday. The weather was pretty nice, quite sunny when we started, although it clouded over a puny and was a puny on the cool side, it never got much above 15 degrees Celsius.

What I said. It isn't outcome that the actual about Restaurant Week Nyc. You look at this article for facts about that want to know is Restaurant Week Nyc.

How is Hello from New York City - Exploring Mid-Town Manhattan

We had a good read. For the benefit of yourself. Be sure to read to the end. I want you to get good knowledge from Restaurant Week Nyc.

Around noon time we hopped on the Q subway line, which is positively 5 minutes from our bed and breakfast, and we made our way into Manhattan. The subway positively emerges at the Manhattan Bridge and we got a good look at the Brooklyn Bridge and the south-eastern tip of Manhattan.

We decided to get off on Times Square, figuring that this would be pretty good place to start exploring Nyc. Times Square, with all its neon advertising signs, and promotional displays is something else. The sidewalks were totally full of population strolling and tons of promoters were handing out flyers for broadway shows, comedy shows and other entertainment events. There is so much advertising in the Times quadrate area with lights and displays blinking everywhere, that the individual advertisements positively started to run into one an additional one in my mind, probably not the consequent the advertisers tried to achieve. Indeed, the hustle and bustle in this area is huge and can get a puny overwhelming.

We strolled nearby that area for a while, and walked by Rockefeller Center, although we did not get to gawk the whole complex. Then we tracked down Grand Central concluding and walked straight through this grandiose historic train hub which opened in 1913. There are over 100 commuter train platforms at Grand central and they all run off a glorious central concourse.

The east side of Grand Central opens out almost level onto the Chrysler Building, and inspecting that I am a huge fan of Art Deco skyscrapers, I had to go inside this 1929 masterpiece. As a traveler you can only access the lobby, but the central area with its ceiling mural and the authentic Art Deco elevators (and their doors covered in wood marquetry) are surely worth a puny detour.

Then we snaked our way up towards Central Park, mostly on Lexington and Fifth Avenues. We walked by the (apparently just closed) notable Plaza Hotel and into the south end of Central Park, a masterpiece of landscape fabricate and 850 acres of much-needed recreational space by the notable landscape designer Frederick Law Olmstead. We only explored the south end, along with the Dairy and Sheep Meadow and headed out onto Central Park West with all its stately apartment buildings, along with the Dakota Building, in front of which John Lennon was shot in 1980. The Strawberry Fields hillside organery was dedicated to his memory.

Everything is blooming here right now, and New York City is surely a few weeks ahead of Toronto in terms of the horticultural cycle. Something was in the air, and I had to sneeze about a hundred times, and by the end of the day we both had to pick up some allergy medication since we were both battling major hayfever symptoms.

Then a brief hop on the subway later, we popped up again in Greenwich Village, a beautiful neighbourhood of brownstone townhouses and took in the ambience. We ended up at a nice puny restaurant on 7th Avenue, called "Pennyfeathers" where we had a beautiful supper in an enclosed porch so we could take in the road life.

A combine of subway rides later we came back to our temporary home in Brooklyn where we dropped into bed exhausted from all the walking, trying to catch up on a bit of rest for the next day.

Do you know about - You Too Can Meet An Influential Person! But Only If You Ask

Restaurant Week Nyc! Again, for I know. Ready to share new things that are useful. You and your friends.

These days I'm becoming 100% convinced that it's not what you've fulfilled, in your position that will get you your next job, but who you know. It could be the subconscious influence of the networking book Never Eat Alone by Keith Ferrazzi (Highly propose it for all my loyal readers), or just what I've witnessed this past week.

What I said. It is not outcome that the true about Restaurant Week Nyc. You read this article for home elevators a person want to know is Restaurant Week Nyc.

How is You Too Can Meet An Influential Person! But Only If You Ask

We had a good read. For the benefit of yourself. Be sure to read to the end. I want you to get good knowledge from Restaurant Week Nyc.

For the past any months I've subscribed to an email list produced by a social relations guy-Peter Shankman. The list started on Facebook as a way for him to associate his reporter friends who were seeing for habitancy to quote in stories, with his friends in Pr who were seeing to place their clients in the media. Simple enough right? Well over the course of the past year, he's grown the list to over 22K habitancy and is putting a serious dent in what had been a paid subscription service for the industry. If you Google him, you'll see that he's been on Cnn any times, wrote a book, sold one of his Pr firms and started someone else one-the guy gets around.

I'd been noticing his list growing (he provides pretty frequent updates to his subscribers) and decided to buy an ad in an upcoming issue. I also realized that since he's in Nyc, I could verily take him out to lunch! I was embarrassed at how long it took me to formulate that idea. There was never a calculate not to ask-other than my "aw shucks, what would little 'ole me have to talk to him about?" attitude. So just like that, I asked and he accepted. Lunch went well, he's an interesting, down-to-earth guy who verily spent the first 10 minutes stressing that the lunchtime email he sent his 22K subscribers went out without a screwup on his part, and showed me a nice note he was got on his Blackberry from a subscriber. In some ways, he operates in a fully dissimilar world than mine, and it felt verily good to mix it up a bit.

So what's Your take-away from all this? First, his list grew from the power of his network of contacts. He saw a need in the middle of 2 groups of habitancy he knew, and decided to fill it. He then asks everybody on his list to spread the word about the list. His motto is that everyone's an devotee in something, so why not get your name in the media about it? He's built up a loyal fan base, and when he asks for help-he gets it. Are you doing this in your job search? Are you asking your friends and acquaintances for help? Are you asking them if there's any way you can help them, either it be if you know a good plumber or the best cafeteria for Indian food in your area? Helping others is the best way to have that good Karma flow back to you.

And if you're sitting there saying "but I just don't know that many people" - then that's a problem. First, take an actual list of habitancy while a typical 3 month span whom you have conversations with. This includes activities like classes, work (of course), your kid's soccer games and recitals, even habitancy you may know in an online community. Unless you're a unblemished hermit-you know people. Second, to get to know More people, check out networking sites like Meetup.com where you can find activities you like to do, and join groups of habitancy who are interested in them as well. If you're seeing for a job, join a jobseekers group-but also join a Kayaking group if that's your interest.

Lastly, no one is unapproachable. Just because Shankman was sending out emails and has like a zillion Google hits didn't mean that he wouldn't be a nice lunch companion or accept my invitation. Don't be intimidated by someone's stature or your assumption of what their life is like relative to yours. If you find man on LinkedIn who is in your dream job or industry, coming them and ask if they could take ½ hour of their time to give you some advice from their point of view. Chances are they'll be flattered and if there's a way you can help them down the road, they'll appreciate that too.

Broadening your circle of acquaintances gets you into those dissimilar worlds and can verily open your eyes to new possibilities in many dissimilar areas of your life.

I hope you receive new knowledge about Restaurant Week Nyc. Where you can put to use in your everyday life. at Bing The Loveless Cafe - Nashville restaurant

Loveless Café is settled only minutes from where I live. I pass by it probably four or five times every week. At most any time of the day, the parking lot is nearly full. Sometimes there is even a bit of slow traffic getting in and out of the parking lot. Now all that to say that The Loveless Café cafeteria in Nashville, Tennessee has good food!

The Loveless Cafe - Nashville restaurant

I can tell you that not just from observing the traffic, but from having dined there a few times. The last time, my wife's sisters were visiting and we all went over for breakfast. Of course, we had a big order of biscuits. That is what they are best known for.

In fact, the lady who makes the biscuits is world famous. They have done a good marketing job of getting her out on all kinds of Tv programs to talk about her biscuits. And it has worked. Whenever someone visits Nashville, this is one stop many are considered to make.

If you have the chance to make it to the west side of Davidson County, I would suggest getting over and tasting the biscuits for yourself. You can eat breakfast foods or enjoy some of their other country cooking.

To give you a best idea of where it is located, if you were heading west on Interstate 40 toward Memphis, you would take exit number 192. You would head south on McCrory Lane, driving over a gorgeous ridge for about 5 miles. You would dead end onto Highway 100. Turn left and you would see the cafeteria approximately immediately on the left. It is about twenty five minutes drive time from downtown Nashville. By the way, if you look right at Highway 100 you will see the entrance to the famed Natchez Trace Parkway. After breakfast or dinner, get on the parkway and drive for about ten minutes and you will come over an impressive arch bridge at Highway 96. In my opinion, this is one of the most gorgeous views in middle Tennessee, and could give any other place a run for its money.

If you have a exiguous more time, you can get onto Highway 96 at the bridge, go east and drive into Franklin, Tennessee. Franklin has been listed as one of the nicest small cities in America. There is a lot of Civil War history in the area and many of the country music stars live in the county.

But before you leave Loveless, you can check out the quaint exiguous shops that surround the restaurant. And yes, you can buy biscuit mix, jams and many other exiguous goodies.

You might just run over somebody famous. When you walk in you will see photos of many celebrities and country music stars who have eaten there. The last famed someone I heard of being there was Steve Martin. You may not have know it, but he is a banjo playing enthusiast. He was there with others at the Loveless barn (fairly new addition).

Your Fast Diet Guide to Keep Eating Out

--Restaurant Week Ny of Your Fast Diet Guide to Keep Eating Out--

basics Your Fast Diet Guide to Keep Eating Out

Going on a fast diet is not a good thing, but it is inherent to go on a diet by eating out at fast food places. Most population think they need to give up restaurants wholly to lose weight. Well, I am one that doesn't indubitably like cooking much and I like to go out to eat. Believe it or not, it is inherent to eat out and lose weight. You just have to be right what you order and how much you eat. That is indubitably the key. Also, according to Stephen Sinatra, Md, you can lose weight on a diet called The Fast Food Diet if you exercise and pick healthier choices.

Your Fast Diet Guide to Keep Eating Out

Basically, this fast diet is a guide that lasts for six weeks and shows you how to make the right selections from any fast food joint. Yes, that means you could go to McDonald's, Burger King, Kfc, Subway, or where ever you want to eat. This type of diet works good for busy moms or any busy man who likes to eat out and loves fast food, but still wants to lose weight. Of course, it would be best to make your own meals with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and lean meats, but not every person can do that.

Even though this diet is called "A Fast Food Diet," that doesn't mean you can eat all things and whatever you want. As a man that has been on many types of diets, that is obvious. It is just a way to make best choices when at a fast food joint since population are going there anyway. Now there are some foods that you should stay away from even on this fast diet, like french fries and soda. The doctor suggests staying away from fried foods totally and eating foods like grilled chicken sandwiches, chili, baked potatoes, fruit, or a junior burger.

The other trick is using a vinaigrette salad dressing, leaving off the mayo and any other extra sauces. If you ordinarily eating fast foods anyway this will shave at least 250 calories from your diet. The doctor also recommends walking a mile which should help you lose about a pound a week. Now obviously, that is not what most population think of as a fast diet, but slow is the best way to lose weight. according to this author, you won't be hungry by doing it this way. It is just a way to make best choices. The key to the whole thing is watching portions and what you put on your food.

As long as you remember, this diet is not a free for all even though it is called A Fast Food Diet you will be okay. There is no way you can eat whatever you want and still lose weight. Also, it would be best to eat at home sometimes because it's difficult to eat all the foods your body needs at fast food joints. So you should cook some of your meals at home and make sure you are getting some vegetables and fruits. However, if you want to effect a diet by going to fast food restaurants, I say go for it using this guide.

How is What is White Hot in the Luxury store

We had a good read. For the benefit of yourself. Be sure to read to the end. I want you to get good knowledge from Restaurant Week Nyc.

It may sound like a list of old album covers but easily it is a new media source put to work. They are just a few of the more beloved on line social networking clubs. There has been a mass entry of new on line communities. Habitancy spend more time on the web then in front of the Tv and these clubs, which are free to members, hoping to capture the advertiser's eye. A recent study done by The Luxury originate found that Luxury consumers were disappointed in the infirmity of luxury brands to meet their on line needs. The truth is that the mass retailers were much earlier to enter the web media and have a much more sophisticated platform now than the luxury brands. The excellent brands turned up their noses initially and their arrogance cost them dearly. They were slow to the high tech world of on line media....but the extremely educated, high-net worth individuals are insisting that luxury adapt to their needs. The Luxury record showed that the majority of the Ultra High Net worth (minimum of 30 million liquid assets) individuals favorite to do their shopping on line. The elite brands now must fight to claim their territory on the web. These hidden social clubs are hoping that they offer the advertisers the perfect media entre. The plethora of new exclusive social networking clubs is competing for unique features to meet the demands of their audience. Some of the most elite social clubs air video podcast (on demand viewing on your computer) from The Luxury Channel on iTunes & Zune. The video podcasts are small web Tv shows that you watch on your computer or down load to a cell phone or iPod. Itunes is great and offers the largest store as it is truly world wide. Zune directory was founded this year as a joint speculation in the middle of Microsoft and Adobe. Experts believe it will take 10 years for it to be as big as iTunes.

The grand daddy of the successful social networking clubs was A Small World, referred to as Asw, which was started in Europe with the time standard fact that the world has come to be a small place and Habitancy of a certain financial and social credit are doing firm with each other colse to the globe. As one climbs the pyramid, the degree of disjunction decreases. Asw created an on line social network to support this group in connecting with other like minded Habitancy to socialize, get restaurant recommendations, tour tips, the hot local party, event information, etc. It is an invitation only club with approximately 130,000 members. The founders have stepped out of the supervision and so it is run by "middle supervision types" with no real authority or inspiration. Some members feel that it is lacking the creativity that it takes to keep it from going stale. Asw has no video, no podcasts, the staff is surly, etc. Asw did a great job initially of keeping it exclusive. I personally have been impressed when I use it traveling in Europe or the Middle East more than in the U.S. Many members complain about Germanic rigid structure of the rules for membership. Most find it too confining and the website itself is not "sexy" but archaic and slow. .

I find that many of the individuals on my Asw network use Facebook much more on a daily basis for staying in touch with friends. The fact that so many Aswers are on Facebook means that they are not meeting their member's needs. Facebook has the easiest format to use and the most fun and creative ways to stay in touch with friends from sending them a virtual drink, fashion accessory, poke, bumper sticker, etc. You can add video and photos and it seems to have been successful in not attracting the My Space crowd despite the fact that anyone can join.

Several other new generation sites have grown out of Asw to fill niches that they find that Asw missed. Squa.Re was founder by two 25 year old Asw members and they target a young urban international jet set crowd. Their format allows all members a channel to run their videos instead of a static page. It is invitation only. They are targeting the tech savvy affluent 18 to 35 year olds. My interaction with the owners was positive; they seem like a sharp hip fun group.

eVelvet Rope is an invitation only social club also founded by an Asw member. Evr is going after the young professional single and newly married that have a lot of expendable income, like to go out and eat and can tour and stay at nice hotels (But not like the Aswers that take their hidden jet to their own villa). They have Evrmag.com which is an on line magazine open to the public. Again my interactions with the founder were very positive. He is very professional and serious about having a great club.

Diane Fay is trying to do the same thing but is focused on Asia primarily, although the founders are Europeans. They seem to have some bugs to work out of their site. There is a underlying flaw in a networking site that won't allow you to connect to build a network. I spent Some days attempting to grow my network, but all my connections said they had never figured out how to connect either. I sent off an email to the website for help on 3 occasions and no one answered. Initially upon joining I got Some nice welcome emails from the partners and senior staff telling me they want to speak with me in 2 weeks when they returned from traveling........it has now been 5 weeks and I still have not heard back from them. I did exertion to reach out to them again 2 weeks ago. I'd have to say pleasant, but no ensue straight through as far as supervision is concerned.

Qube is new and is an off shoot of Quintessentially which is an international concierge service. This allows their members to reach out to their non members in an on line social format. It kind of works on the "friends of rich Habitancy are probably rich too" theory. It is very new and I had strangeness setting up my page, but was nicely assisted by their It person. I have reached out to supervision and will see if and how they respond. When I clicked on one of the founders names of Quintessentially on the Qube membership network and it said he had not been on line for a year!

LinkedIn is a big networking service focused on work. They have easily grown. I have to say that my first LinkedIn event I attended was in Nyc at a bad art gallery where they had bags of pretzels poured out on paper plates and "pour your own" Glen Ellen jug wine. Needless to say it was also my last LinkedIn event.

Plaxo and Pulse seem to be trying to join social and work but anyone can join so no exclusivity and it often just becomes annoying.

A Cool World runs Stealth Wealth and has separate degrees of "éliteness" as you can be an Alpha or a Beta member. The membership is by approval only and I was shocked that when I joined they already had my photo and professional title. Alpha membership allows you into the exclusive 740 Park club.

Lstyle is other new European club more concentrated in Scandinavian countries. There is nothing particularly unique about it. I did reach out to the owners and they seemed more confused than anything. I think it will take them a while to form things out.

Hampton's Under Cover is brand new...they haven't even taken the bubble wrap off...too soon to tell.

You are the asset and these on line clubs are vying for. They need the demographic mix to sell advertising to the "trying to catch up" luxury brands. The web based social clubs can be a very affective tool if you use them correctly. What ever your situation there will be a club with a unique twist to make it your perfect match....and if not, start your own!
